COMMENTS
Here June Wayne positions us within the wave itself, with a temporary calm center reminiscent of the eye of a hurricane. This small perch, however, hardly changes its wild and unbridled power.
Wayne used a transparent black ink over the underside of the wave in State II, increasing its definition and velocity.
