COMMENT
In a Kafkaesque statement Wayne asserted: “At this time in my life I was viewing people as part veneer, and part primordial. When were people just people, and when were they creatures? I was interested in how much weight you could give to an image, making an image that was absolutely neutral, and then weighting it emotionally in one direction or another.”
